We collect your email address, subscription details, and golf swing videos you submit for analysis. We do not collect biometric identifiers beyond what is needed for swing scoring.
Your data is used solely to provide SwingIQ services: delivering Swing Scores, tracking your progress, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Swing videos are processed by our AI system and stored securely. Videos are retained for 90 days by default. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@swingiq.app.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any right, email privacy@swingiq.app. We respond within 30 days.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Video files are stored in access-controlled cloud storage with signed URL delivery.
We use essential cookies for session management and optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4). You may decline analytics cookies via our cookie consent banner.
