By using SwingIQ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SwingIQ is billed monthly or annually. Your subscription renews automatically. You may cancel at any time in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The 3-day free trial gives you full access. After 3 days, access is paused unless you choose a paid plan.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the period ends. Contact support@swingiq.app for billing disputes.
You may not share your account, reverse-engineer the app, or submit content that violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
SwingIQ provides swing analysis as informational feedback, not professional medical or physical therapy advice. Use at your own discretion.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email 14 days in advance.
